The complete terms of service for PetBox — AI-powered pet food and supplies ordering.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using PetBox services, including via WhatsApp, our website, or any other platform we operate, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the service. We may update these terms from time to time, and continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
2. Service Description
PetBox is an AI-powered pet food and supplies ordering service. The service is available via WhatsApp and our website. Our system learns your pet's preferences and suggests personalized products, including food, treats, toys, and hygiene products. Products are sourced from leading partner stores in Israel.
3. Ordering and Payment
Orders are placed by chatting with our AI via WhatsApp or through the website. After selecting products, you will receive a secure payment link. All prices are displayed in New Israeli Shekels (NIS/₪) and include VAT unless otherwise stated. Payment is processed via credit card or other supported payment methods. Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment. We reserve the right to update prices without prior notice, but a price confirmed in an order will not change.
4. Delivery
Deliveries are made to our service areas within Israel. Estimated delivery time is 2-3 business days from order confirmation, subject to product availability and delivery area. Free delivery on orders over ₪200. Orders below this threshold will incur a delivery fee as displayed at checkout. We will make reasonable efforts to meet delivery timelines but do not guarantee exact delivery dates and are not liable for delays beyond our control.
5. Returns and Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch at no charge. After delivery, unopened products may be returned within 14 days in accordance with Israeli Consumer Protection Law. Opened food products cannot be returned for safety and health reasons. In case of defective or incorrect products, we will provide a replacement or full refund. Subscription cancellation (if applicable) is available at any time — simply send a WhatsApp message or contact us through the website, and future orders will be cancelled at no additional charge.
6. AI Recommendations Disclaimer
PetBox AI recommendations are based on information you provide and general pet nutrition data. These recommendations are not a substitute for professional veterinary advice. If your pet has a specific health condition, allergies, or unique dietary needs, consult a veterinarian before making dietary changes. PetBox is not liable for any harm resulting from sole reliance on AI recommendations.
7. User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information about your pet, including breed, age, weight, and known health conditions. You must also provide valid contact details and accurate delivery information. The service is intended for personal use only and not for commercial purposes. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.
8. Intellectual Property
All rights in the PetBox service, including its design, technology, AI algorithms, content, logo, and trademarks, belong to PetBox or its licensors. No part of the service may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used to create derivative works without prior written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "as is." PetBox shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the service. PetBox's aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order. This limitation does not affect your statutory rights that cannot be limited by law.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Exclusive jurisdiction for any matter relating to these terms or the use of the service shall be vested in the competent courts of the Tel Aviv-Jaffa district.
